My town's theme is "Space Colony". The people in this town live a somewhat rustic lifestyle, making
a home for themselves in another planet with small, old houses. But at the same time, they have the 
means to travel among planets, so there is lots of high tech machinery near the town. They have a 
powerful energy field to protect them from strong weather.
